1. The members shall not be involved in any kind
of unethical or immoral activities during the trip.
2. Drugs use is strictly prohibited. If anyone
caught using any kind of drug will be excluded from the tour on the spot and
the person will not be entertained with any kind of compensation or refund.
3. Use of abusive language, violence, aggressive
behavior, physical abuse or any other such acts are strictly forbidden.
4. All members would take measures to reduce environmental
pollution. Wastes i.e. empty box, cans, bottles, wrappers etc. are properly
disposed.
5. The host has right to cancel the trip without
prior notification for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In that a case
the registered members will receive full refund.
6. During the trip, the itineraries may be
affected by reasons. In such situation, organizers will not be responsible in
any case.
7. On steepy mounts, air conditioned of the buses
will be working on on/off basis to keep the buses from overheating.
8. All precautions and measures will be taken for
the safety of members. In any case of mishap or natural disaster like accidents,
falls, etc. host will not be responsible.
9. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal
belongings during the duration of the trip, organizers will not be held
responsible in any case.
10. The proposed route or itinerary will be
changed in any alteration in weather, local policies, multitude or other
factors. However, it is very improbable to do such alterations; if any changes
are essential, the host will decide the best alternative.
11. In case of refund, Company will make refund
within 6 working days.
12. Company reserves rights to cancel or postpone tour on
any time. In that case advance payment will be returned to the customers who
already have a booking.
13. Organizers reserves the right to assign seats in the
Coaster / Hiace Grand Cabin.
14. The Organizers reserves the right to use group photos
for electronic / digital media.
15. Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.
16. The Organizers reserves the rights to terminate any
participant due to unethical or immoral activities.
17. Food shall be decided by the management.
